I am including this link to something that was on Fox this morning about the market. It is true that some areas have had dramatic price drops, certainly the homes in our area have seen reductions from the highest prices that similar homes in a seller's subdivision were selling for 18 months ago, but homes are definately selling allowing those homeowners to move on with their lives and take advantage of a great value on the home they want to buy. "Don't make 2008 the year you wish you had bought your new home!"
