I found this post in Lynn Madison’s Facebook the other day and I must admit, I totally agree.  Interesting how time and circumstances change our opinions and thoughts on new information as it is presented.  The difficulty of families being able to stay in their homes, the foreclosure crises and the option of being able to leave with dignity, relocate to a rental home and keep the going during difficult times is something every realtor is experiencing with and for their clients.  Challenging times!
